Design Process
Amber Interior has carefully designed its services to meet the various needs of its clients and to ensure managing the project form conception to completion is a top priority. Based on a model that is a fit for all, the solutions offered are tailored, specific and ideal.
It starts off with an informal meeting where introductions are made and discussions are held on ideas, interests and expectations. Potential clients will reveal their needs and will instantly be informed of how they can be served.
Next, selection will be made from the array of service below - the choice(s), purely left for the client to make.
Concept Design and Development
By performing aesthetic review to understand our clients’ requirements, we will establish the purpose and/or professional necessities of the site. Space planning will be performed to examine and review initial design options, followed by 2D layouts and 3D renderings. An initial cost analysis of the design concept will also be worked out with the contractor at this stage.
Décor and Styling
For those looking to do a quick make-over, our combo-solution of artwork, paint and accessories will provide a styling to personalize our clients’ spaces in a short amount of time. We work closely with independent artists, consultants and galleries including sources to accessory collections to meet any exclusive needs.
Remodeling
Our in-house architects greatly contribute to the remodeling solutions we offer for old homes or outdated buildings. Careful structural and design assessments are made to ensure that measures taken for aesthetic improvement will not affect the architectural characteristics which often need to be retained. As renovation is necessary, we aim to beautify without discrimination, no old space is left behind.
Project Management
Project coordination, effective communication, planning and execution to detail is how we ensure the outcome is in strict conformity to the design agreed upon and delivery time promised. We manage the project both on and off site at all times.
Purchasing
Offer full-service purchasing to provide prices equivalent to full-retail vendors. Since we produce final designs for the project as a whole, this guarantees that we maintain quality control for our clients from start to finish.
FF&E and Finishes
As the saying goes - the devil is in the details. Documented FF&E (furniture, fixture/furnishings and equipment) plans and schedules are prepared to have a thorough and organized design specification for our project. Selections of construction and decoration finishes that include tile, hardwood, paint, wall coverings, faux finishes and others that are aspects of the finishing works are also performed.
Budgeting
Our extensive ability in “phasing” projects will help our clients adapt to their budget requirements. We offer in depth budgeting plans for construction works, finishing materials and accessories as well as review contractor(s) bid and perform bid negotiations on the client’s behalf.
